Once we receive your order, we’ll send you an envelope, already equipped with a tracking number and insurance, and several knife sleeves. Once you’ve packed your knives safely, you can simply drop it off at your nearest Australia Express post box.

Once we receive your package, the real magic begins. We take the time to assess each knife that comes to us and have an array of tools that helps us sharpen your knives without applying heat, since heat can result in a dull knife that doesn’t keep its edge.

Once we’re done and satisfied that your knife is as good as new (or better), we’ll send it back to you in protective packaging. You’ll be amazed at the difference in comfort and convenience, and you’ll never let your knives get dull after using our knife sharpening service in Canberra.
