KnifeCare Australia uses Express Post (yellow post boxes) as its preferred provider.
We guarantee next business day delivery if you post your item within the Express Post network on a business day (Monday to Friday) and meet the post service conditions as set out on Australia Posts website.
The network covers 80% of Australian business addresses and Post Office Boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
Prepaid Express Post items lodged in the yellow post boxes must generally be posted before 5pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays). However, lodgement times are earlier in Perth and some other metropolitan and regional centers so please check the time on the yellow Express Post box.
The next guaranteed day of delivery for Express Post items posted before closing time on a business day before a public holiday will be the next business day after a public holiday.
Please note : If you post your prepaid Express Post envelope item in a red street posting box or Parcel locker, it will delay delivery and void the Next Business Day Guarantee
To ensure Express Post Saturday delivery please ensure the following conditions are met :
- Address your parcel to a household, business, Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect location within the defined Saturday delivery network (Note: the Express Post Saturday delivery service is not available for PO Boxes, GPO Boxes or Locked Bag addresses, and not all Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect locations are accessible on a Saturday.)
